Work · in detail
The work-side
of the site.
Hi, I'm Michael. My work has always lived at the edge of two things I care about equally: solving hard technical problems and helping people succeed. By day, I manage critical infrastructure escalations for enterprise customers at Upsun. Outside of work, I speak at developer conferences, contribute to open source, build tools that make engineers' lives easier, and work on cool projects. Whether it's a customer in crisis or a developer in a conference room, I show up the same way — present, technical, and focused on making things actually work.
